  在成都市武侯区玉林社区,不到中午,一家评分不足4分的传统牛肉餐馆内坐满了人,身系围裙的老板唐昭毅忙前忙后招揽顾客。从业近二十年,唐昭毅感叹,不同于以往花多年时间积累口碑,现在的经营者追求生意快速成长。“但‘内功’才是营销手段的根,消费者的追求最终会回归到对产品的真实体验上。”他认为,餐饮店理应将主要精力放在菜品质量维护、新菜品开发和顾客服务上。

  广州游客谢女士分享了打卡高分饭店的经历,很多动辄4.8分的餐厅,并非靠味道征服食客,而是通过赠送菜品、打折优惠,诱导自己打出高分。消费者张女士也表示,相比于高分网红餐厅,自己现在更关注回头客多的街边小店,“这些店靠口口相传积累客源,口味多半不会太差。”
